A monthly coaching partnership can include four alternating touchpoints: two video coaching sessions and two check-ins by message or email, with questions between sessions answered within two business days.
I am taking on a small number of churches at a founding partner rate. In exchange for the lower rate, I ask permission to publish what we build and what changes, so that the next pastor reading this page has something better than my word to go on.
I will give you the number on the call, before you tell me anything about your budget.
If it is beyond what you can carry right now, I will tell you what you can do on your own, and I will not chase you about it afterward.
