About the Books
A framework for fathers. A system for leading other men through it.
Two books with two clear purposes: one helps fathers understand and develop the warrior in themselves and their sons, and the other helps a facilitator lead other men through that work.
The Main Book
The Ten Sons of the Warriors
Peter wrote the main book after seeing that five sons in the same home needed five different ways of being guided. It gives fathers a practical framework for recognizing ten historical warrior types in boys and men. Each type has a Shine, the strength that comes naturally, and a Shadow, the weakness attached to that same strength.
Fathers learn how to identify a son's type, give him a historical code and role models, and turn growth into practical quests spoken in language he understands. The book also guides fathers through their own warrior type, the claiming conversation, and the Crossing ceremony. The type is always a mirror, not a cage, and it never excuses a boy's choices.

The main book gives fathers the framework. The Facilitator's Guide equips leaders to help other men put it into practice.
Designed for groups of 5 to 12 men, the Facilitator's Guide provides a complete, ready-to-lead system for teaching the framework through six structured modules. Each module combines Stories, Questions, and Hands-On Coaching Rhythms that move men from understanding the warrior types to applying the framework in their homes and relationships.
Inside, you will find:
- Ready-to-lead scripts
- Discussion questions
- The Watch Plan
- Sorting and coaching exercises
- Claiming Conversation role-play
- Accountability gates
- First Quest Cards
- A public commissioning event outline
- Follow-up guidance
- An appendix addressing hard questions
- A 90-day reunion plan
The Facilitator's Guide gives leaders the structure, tools, and follow-up process they need to lead with clarity and help other men turn the framework into action.
